BARAK 200 – protection against break-ins while letting in natural light
The shutter is constructed from drawn aluminum slats with wide openings that let in natural light constituting 30% of the area of the shutter. For reinforcement, hardened steel plates have been inserted in the shutter’s aluminum slats.
Double locking system: An automatic ABL – Anti Burglary Lock – is automatically activated when the shutter is lowered and closed. As soon as the shutter is closed, it is automatically locked. A manual locking mechanism inserts bolts into the side rails. Thus the shutter can be locked in the “light” condition, with the slats open in such a way that they allow both light and air to pass through freely.
The shutter is equipped with:
- A powerful electric motor manufactured by Jolly Motor, with the option of connection to an external battery case that provides power, solar lighting and charging in the case of power outages.
- Aluminum casing painted in an oven via electrostatic coating, available in any color.
- Because the Barak 200 permits light to enter and also serves as security bars, its cost is half that of an electric shutter that permits light to enter and a foldable security bar.
